A data enrichment tool that works like a spreadsheet

Import a list. Add a column for each thing you want to know. Sorawna fills it in for every row, from the web, from email verification, or from company data providers, and you see each cell land as it finishes. No vendor database in the middle.

Public Beta · Your keys, your data

What you can enrich

  • Company data: description, industry, headcount range, HQ, founding year, funding, tech stack
  • Contact data: decision maker name and title, work email via Findymail, LinkedIn URL
  • CRM data: fill the blanks in an export from HubSpot or Salesforce, then import it back
  • Custom fields: anything a prompt can describe, such as "does this company hire SDRs" or "summarise their pricing page"
  • New rows: pull local businesses from a map search, developers from GitHub, or companies matching criteria through CUFinder and People Data Labs

How the enrichment runs

Each AI column is a prompt with the row's values dropped in. Sorawna searches the web with Serper.dev, opens the pages behind the results, and asks your model to answer from what it read. The answer goes into the cell, or the cell stays empty when nothing reliable turned up. Rows run in the background, three at a time, and you can cancel a run and start it again.

Email columns use Findymail, which only returns addresses that passed its own verification. Company search columns use CUFinder or People Data Labs on your own key. Sorawna orchestrates; the providers do the lookups.

B2B data enrichment without a data subscription

The usual enrichment vendors charge per seat and per credit for access to a database they built. That is fine if you need their coverage. It is expensive if what you have is a list and a few questions about each row.

Sorawna has no data subscription. You add your own OpenAI or Gemini key, a Serper key, and whichever provider keys you use. Each provider bills you at its own rate. Sorawna has a Free tier and paid plans for higher limits, listed on the pricing page.

CRM data enrichment, the practical way

Export the records that are missing fields, import the CSV, add the columns, run, export again. It is a manual loop, and it is also the loop that avoids writing bad data back into your CRM without a human looking at it. Because the review happens in a spreadsheet, it is a filter and a scan rather than a record by record click through.

For developers and AI agents

Sorawna exposes its tools through an MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or your own agent can pull local businesses, research a company, or look up an email without opening the app. Connect it from Settings, then ask your agent in plain language.

Questions people ask

What is data enrichment?

Adding fields to records you already have. For a company list that usually means industry, size, location and a decision maker with a work email. For a contact list it means the company context around each person. The point is to make a raw list usable for sales, marketing or analysis.

What is the difference between data enrichment and lead enrichment?

Lead enrichment is data enrichment aimed at sales: the fields you need before an outreach. Data enrichment is the wider term and covers product data, CRM hygiene and research use cases too. Sorawna does both with the same columns.

Do you sell data?

No. Sorawna has no database of its own and never resells what you enrich. Results live in your workspace only.

Which keys do I need?

An OpenAI or Gemini key for AI columns and a Serper.dev key for web search. Findymail for emails, CUFinder or People Data Labs for company search, only if you use those columns. Keys are encrypted at rest.

How is this different from Clay?

Clay routes each lookup through a waterfall of paid data providers and charges credits per hit. Sorawna researches from the open web on your own model key, and only calls a paid provider when you add that specific column. Less coverage on obscure contacts, far lower cost per row, and no learning curve beyond a spreadsheet.
