What lead enrichment means here
Lead enrichment is taking a thin record, often just a company name or a domain, and adding the fields a salesperson needs before they can reach out. In practice that is the decision maker's name and title, a work email, the company's size and what it does, and anything specific enough to open a conversation with.
Most tools do this by looking the company up in a database they own. Sorawna does it by research. It searches the web for each row, reads the pages behind the results, and writes the answer into the cell.
Columns you can add
- Founder or CEO name and title, from the company's own site and whatever search turns up
- The right title for your pitch: head of sales, marketing lead, CTO, whoever you ask for
- Work email through Findymail, which only returns addresses that passed its own check
- LinkedIn profile URL when the research finds one
- Company summary, headcount range, industry, HQ location
- Anything you can describe in a prompt: recent funding, tech stack, a hiring signal, the last blog post
How a run works
- Import a CSV or paste from Excel. One row per company. A domain helps but a name is enough.
- Add an AI column. Type a prompt such as "find the founder of {{company}} and their current title".
- Press run. Sorawna searches, reads, and fills each cell as it finishes. Where it finds nothing, the cell stays empty.
- Run the Findymail tool. Pick the name column and the domain column, and it fills an Email column, or leaves it blank when it cannot find one it trusts.
- Send from the sheet through your own Gmail or Resend account, or export the CSV to your CRM.
How accurate is it
Honest answer: it depends on how visible the company is. A funded startup with a team page comes back right almost every time. A two person agency with no website will come back empty, and Sorawna leaves the cell blank rather than guessing. Spot check a sample before a big send.
Email accuracy is Findymail's job. Their finder only returns addresses that passed their own verification, so bounces are rare. Sorawna does not run a second check on top of that, so if you send at volume, put the list through a verifier first.
What it costs
Sorawna has a Free tier and paid plans for higher limits, listed on the pricing page. Research runs on your own OpenAI or Gemini key plus a Serper.dev key for search. Email lookup runs on your Findymail key. You pay each provider at their own rates with no markup from us. For a rough idea, a 500 row founder search costs a few dollars in model usage.
Questions people ask
What is lead enrichment?
Adding the missing details to a lead record so someone can act on it: the decision maker's name and title, a work email, company facts, and context for the first message. It turns a list of names into a list you can call.
Which AI models does Sorawna use?
Your choice of OpenAI or Google Gemini, with your own key. You can pick a cheaper model for simple columns and a stronger one for research that needs judgment.
Does it work with my CRM?
Through CSV. Export the sheet and import it into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or anything that reads CSV.
How long does 100 rows take?
A few minutes. Rows run in the background, three at a time, and each cell fills in as it finishes, so you can start reviewing before the batch is done.
Is my data used to train anything?
No. Your rows go to the model provider you chose, under your own key and their terms, and Sorawna stores results only in your workspace. The Privacy Policy lists every sub-processor.
